  They have handled a few funerals for my family and have always done it with professionalism and kindness. The next door event space is also very nicely done if you need extra space.

  Coldren-Crates has taken care of several of my loved ones and is an outstanding funeral home. They are professional and respectful to the family, and extremely caring. My grandmother passed a few months ago and her funeral, handled by another business in town, brought so much pain to our family by the way it was handled. I would only ever go with Coldren-Crates.

  Saddened by this funeral home... Two months ago a Marine friend passed away. Was told that Jack said they could keep his flag after the service. They took the flag back. This was the same funeral home that did my Grandpa's service and we were never harassed about the flag. They just received thousands of dollars and made a terrible stink over a $70 flag because the Indian family had not found his paperwork of proof yet. Disgusted and saddened how they have been treated by this funeral home. I hope they make it up to the family one day. The fact that I was told Jack flat out said to let them keep his flag and let them be until they get his paperwork, which can take 90 days (double that with the VA system) and they still took it back after the funeral is disgusting. I'll give you the $70 for the flag. Some amount of respect should have been played into this funeral and it was not.
